Salmon Patties
1 Can Salmon
(red or pink doesn't matter... I usually buy pink, but I'm told red has a richer flavor, which would explain the richer price)
2 eggs
1/2 pack of crackers
Mix all ingredients (since I know you won't remove the bones I figure there's no point in telling you to)
Pat into circles (you should have enough to share this)
Microwave patties on high 4 minutes.
Rearrange, moving outside pieces to center of dish.
Microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes more or until firm, throughout, but still moist.
This recipe actually called for adding a cheese sauce to the top... ewww.
